Stepping South Newsletter March 2009

Dear All

We live in a world where work takes up 80% of our 'awake time' leaving us not much time to relax, look around, take in our surroundings and enjoy the beautiful South African weather and outdoor life.

This is the first in a series of newsletters I intend to distribute once every two months with tips and ideas on how you can spend your precious free time having fun and making the best out of South Africa and specifically Gauteng.

Once I started planning and researching for this issue I discovered that although I have lived in Gauteng for 13 years now there are many places, activities and events I was not aware of and therefore never experienced.

So hopefully this will be a useful guide not only for the new expatriates but for established "Gautengers" who, like myself, have not seen and experienced everything there is to see of South Africa.
