• We will assist you with orientation tours, where you will get to know the city well, and learn the best routes to your home, office and places of interest.
• We will show you all facilities you will need to live comfortably, such as hospitals, vets, places of worship, recreational facilities, etc.
• We will assist you in time consuming chores such as open a mail box for you, connect your water and electricity and pay the relevant deposits, open local bank accounts for you, arrange for installation of telephone lines, internet ADSL lines and satellite TV.
• If you are relocation with your pets we will submit the necessary documentation for their safe entry into the country and arrange for all the relevant tests, inspections and vaccinations to be performed so your pets are relocated with the least amount of trauma.
• We will arrange for storage facilities for your goods if required.
• We can arrange for interpreters in a number of languages should you so require.
• Stepping South will accompany you on your first shopping trips for groceries, furniture and souvenirs and provide you with comparisons of and advice on South African stores and products.
• We will source chiropractors, acupuncturists and homeopaths for people and pets, as well as doctors, opticians, dentists, etc. and set up appointments for you.
