These are characterised by the tightest security, golf courses, communal swimming pools, sports facilities, beautiful gardens and lakes - all within a fully secured and fenced-off suburb. These are similar to the clusters, but are smaller, more attached to their neighbours and more units per enclosure, up to 160 in some complexes. Typically 2 bedrooms. The gardens are minute and no private swimming pools. Suited to the individual professional who does not wish for much space.
